Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes St. Patrick’s Day Recipes

Saint Patrick’s Day Irish Car Bombs Cupcakes Recipe

Now that March has arrived, we are getting ready for Saint Patrick’s Day!

Katrina’s grandma, a high-spirited, red-headed Irish woman, taught us her unforgettable Irish Car Bomb recipe! It is a dark chocolate Guinness cupcake, filled with a shot of Jameson chocolate ganache, all topped with Bailey’s frosting! Even if you are not a fan of the original Irish Car Bomb, I promise you will love these!

Be sure to share these with all your dear and loved ones this St. Patty’s Day! And as Katrina’s grandmother used to toast:

“May you have all the happiness
