Peppermint Bark Cupcakes With White Chocolate Frosting

1 cup butter, room temperature (2 sticks)
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup of water
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups of flour
1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

Bake at 350 for 18-25 minutes

White Chocolate Frosting Recipe:
4 ounces of white chocolate melted
1 cup of butter ( 2 sticks )
2 cups of power sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
